Spotted an item you have to have but not quite ready to make the purchase?
Ask, and we will try our very best to make sure you receive!
We offer a 90-day interest-free payment plan on all our items, with a 20% non-refundable deposit. The balance may be paid off in 3 monthly payments, following a regular, monthly payment schedule. Please see sample payment schedule below, noting that this is for illustration purposes only, and that this schedule may be altered depending on your needs.
Sample Payment Schedule:
Day 1 – 20% non-refundable deposit
Day 30 – Month 1 payment due (minimum of 25% of total value)
Day 60 – Month 2 payment (minimum of 25% of total value)
Day 90 – Final balance due.
For items costing over $5,000, we are able to offer a slightly longer payment plan – please feel free to ask! While we are not able to offer most items on an extended lay-away plan, we will do our very best to work with you.
The Fine Print:
Lay-away deposits are non-refundable. However, should you have a change of heart, you may transfer/apply your deposit to another item in our inventory within 48 hours of confirming the original lay-away sale.
Payments must be made every 30 days, as scheduled, and we must receive them on or before the day they are due.
If more than 2 payments are late or if the layaway is not paid in full by the scheduled end date, the item will be returned to stock and all funds paid to date will be forfeited. We will make every attempt to reach you prior to putting the item back in inventory.
Because layaway items are being taken off the market and held for you for an extended period of time, they are final sale only. We do not allow returns or exchanges on layaway items except as allowed by our standard trade up policy (trade up policy is generally not applicable to consignment goods except on a case by case basis and at luxamart Jewelry Exchange’s discretion.)
Final sale includes items that are returned to stock due to non-compliance with the terms of this agreement, in which case all funds paid will be forfeited.
